Please understand that I am a small business so shipping costs largely depend on product weight and size. All listed products will ship within 2-3 business days upon purchase unless the shipping company allows weekend shipments. All custom items take 3-4 weeks to craft and will follow the same shipping guidelines once completed.

 

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before proceeding with your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped and you received a tracking number, unfortunately, the product is no longer in my hands. I am not responsible for lost packages.

PRODUCT CARE

I use the highest quality products so knowing how to care for your epoxy resin table is critical to extending the life and beauty of your piece. Below are some instructions on best practices to maintain the quality of your piece.

1. How to clean

- Wipe down your tabletop with warm water and a towel or sponge. Please

Do NOT use any materials that are abrasive.

Although epoxy resin is scratch resistant, it is not scratch-proof. For a more

thorough clean, use warm soapy water and a sponge to scrub away

build-up. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals on your epoxy table. Epoxy is

extremely durable and can last a long time when properly cared for.

2. Avoid putting hot pots, pans, plates, or dishes directly on your epoxy table.

- Please use hot pads or heat-resistant placemats for under your

cook/tableware. Applying direct heat can damage the epoxy on your table.

3. Use Acetone for visible marks

- Eliminating visible marks/scratches is part of regular maintenance to

preserve the quality of your epoxy table. Marks/scratches that are visible, but

not felt, can be buffed or wiped out with a low concentration of Acetone. If you

have a deeper scratch on the table that can be felt, more care will be needed.

4. Avoid keeping your table outdoors

- Sun and rain can damage your table. Although I use a waterproof epoxy, if

there are cracks or damages rain can leak through. For best results, epoxy

tables should be kept indoors in a temperature and humidity-controlled

environment. If you take your table outside, please use an umbrella over it or

keep it in a well-shaded area to avoid UV exposure. Too much exposure to the

sun can damage your epoxy, causing it to noticeably turn colors.

Repairing your epoxy table

- So you've got a deep scratch in your epoxy table. Follow these steps to repair

deep damages. (please wear gloves and a mask)

1. Clean the area and let it completely dry. (follow How to clean)

2. Thoroughly mix the 2-part epoxy system as directed until blended.

3. Use a craft stick to apply mixed epoxy to fill the scratch or crack as much as

possible.

4. Use another craft stick at an angle to scrape off excess epoxy and let it dry.

5. Apply heat to remove any bubbles.

- Recommended product: Wisebond Quick-Set Seal epoxy (this is a 1:1 ratio,

has a 12-minute bucket time and a 15-minute work time before hardening) I

was not paid for this recommendation this is just what I like to use for fast, deep

repairs.

5. Cancellation Policy: Once a custom order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations may not be possible, and any deposits or payments made may not be refundable. Please carefully review and confirm all details of the custom order before finalizing the purchase.

RETURNS

All of my products are exquisitely hand-crafted and are one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of my craft, the extensive production process, and the inability to duplicate exact products, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. I take high-resolution photos so that you can see the beauty of the grain and have confidence in your purchase.
